Flowers today—Lake Walcott SP, Idaho

 Day 29’-yes, it’s Prime Day, but this is a Day 29 Prime Bonus Post—Fleur du Jour~!

It’s all flowers in this post. I’ve tried to ID as many as I could. Remember the couple, Jan and Rob, we met last night on our bike ride around the Lake Walcott SP? Jan told us there were still a lot of flowers and she was right. It was a nice relief after all the desert and sagebrush and scrubby flats!

Yellow Salsify seed head was magnificent; the light yellow flowers in the upper right corner were everywhere in bloom—I think they are Parsnip-flowered wild buckwheat
