The first of three Litte Free Libraries—each had Robert Ludlum books and kids books Notice how the siding and fancy scallop trim are proportional to the size of the structure! |

Corn! What would a Nebraska ride be without seeing fields of corn? |

You can see Johnson Lake off in the distance...several gazebos on the path; and even an air and bike repair stop |

Juniper |
The third Little Library was huge! I have always loved the idea of the free library out and about! Glad to see areas where they are still active and not destroyed! HD
ReplyDeleteSounds like you are having a great adventure! We have been across Nebraska a few times ---- nothing but corn!!!!! Travel safe and keep on enjoying!
ReplyDeleteLoved the juniper! Bet it smelled wonderful!
ReplyDeleteSo good to see the Little Libraries all over, especially in campgrounds. In my “working days” I wrote several successful grant applications to support the LL movement, now just about everywhere!📚
